Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all well-maintained. People are very friendly. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society. The metro is also within 100 meters from the society. Maintenance is good, including water and power backups. Greenery in the society is well-maintained and very good.read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor in the fact that the window glass is broken, which is very dangerous for kids in the society. Maintenance should be improved immediately in this society.read more

Ventilation in my flat is proper, and sunlight comes in. The lifts are maintained. The roads outside the society are maintained. Autos, buses, and everything is available nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance. The residents are decent. Water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. There is sufficient greenery.read more

There is a problem with leakage in the washroom, which is concerning. The cleaning, especially in the lift, is quite poor. Despite these issues, everything else about living here is great.read more
