It a very good and peaceful neighborhood with Army area nearby filled with trees and greenery. Safilguda lake park is nearby 600m away. Dmart is very big and nearby 3kms away. Mall and Cinipolis CCPL mall just 1.5 kms away. Safilguda railway station and bus stop is just 650 m away. Very near to schools and colleges like Bhavans, DAV and other schools. Sanikpuri, Neredmet, Tirumalgiri, Kapra, Secunderabad, ECIL and AS Rao Nagar, Malkajgiri are about 5-8 kms away. Every Sunday market. Hospitals like Poulomi hospital and ADR hospital nearby. Restaurants like Parivaar, KFC, Dominos and other eateries are nearby. Lucid Diagnostics is 700m away. No ground water problem as it is near to lake. Railway tracks visible from building terrace. Good roads make of cement laid. Ruth bazaar is just 1 km away and available daily.read more

Within 1Km from Main road. Metro is close to 4.5Km. For faster access to main road personnel vech is recommended.read more
