The rooms are spacious with attached balconies, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage, indicating good build quality. Repainting and other maintenance tasks are carried out regularly. The society boasts various amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym, all of which are well-maintained. The abundance of greenery enhances the surroundings, fostering a pleasant environment. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together. The swimming pool and gym are clean and well-equipped, and the security system is reliable. There are no waterlogging issues, and the road quality is excellent. Additionally, power back up facilities are available, and nearby colleges accommodate many students within�the�society.read more
