Good things here

yes sector 15 market is very nesreby. Dmart is also there. Many schools and Hospitals, clinics are within vicinity of 2-3 kmread more

Things need improvement

The approach Road of this Tower is connecting Road between sector 18 and Sector 19, which is not yet built..Half of the road from sector 18 side is existing but remaining half has to be completed ...because that side is front of this building and main sector 19 Road which is fully developed, falls on the back side of this building and this side there is wide open drainage. I think Builder is not providing approach from this side because of open Nulahread more

location wise its pretty good. bus stop is there. autos are available. locality is good too. its a society so people are here.read more

Things need improvement

water issue is huge here. they will take a good money as rent but no water. i have suffered a lot. i wont let anyone do that.read more

Good things here

Transportation is easy due to nearby railway station and ola cabs etc can be easily called. Pretty neat colleges like NIFT,YTM college etc are near by also grocery shops , malls , hospitals etc are nearby. It is pretty safe at night compared to other parts but yea you can never be too carefulread more

Things need improvement

Roads get pretty busy during work hours and weekendz😢... the roads kinda bad at some places here due to pot holes and stuff. Also if u are a person who'd like a vibrant night life..this might not be ur kinda placeread more

Good things here

The area is good to reside, essential amenities such a supermarkets, places of worship, playgrounds and everyday necessities are just a short walk away. The area is also conveniently located near school, colleges and the metro station. The public transportation is ok, and easy cab, auto facilities are available. Specialist medical professional, hospitals are readily accessible nearby.read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes there is no electricity for the elevators and the backup is slow. Losing power or experience in shortage is incredibly inconvenient. Sometimes to Ola cab service is really bad around here they don't even respond properly. The noise and dust pollution around here is high.read more

Good things here

The road here has been built well and it is wide. There are many restaurants available nearby. There are government and private schools nearby which are at some distance. There are many tuition institutes where proper tuition is provided. The children playground is at some distance from the home. Many banks are located at some distance. There is no problem with electricity supply. Water supply is also good. Transportation facility is good. Cab, taxi, auto can be booked easily. There are many grocery and milk shops nearby.read more

Drains are not empty in many places. Polythene is thrown in many places on the road. There is traffic jam at many places on the road in the morning. There is no good cafe nearby.read more
