Good things here

This area is hidden gem in Navi Mumbai...this area is well planned with wide road and beautiful greenary with Park and gardens... so that area are perfect for morning walk..and also excellent major to hubs thane, vashi Belapur, panvel , ulwe .. good schools , colleges and hospitals are there..and plenty of shopping and dining options including malls and local market .read more

Things need improvement

I would like to say dislike of this area, one of the problem is traffic congestion ,and also water logging , the another one is noise polution and limited entertainment options .read more

Good things here

The main road is just a few steps away from the house. There is a bus stand nearby and the bus service is also good here, the bus is easily available on time. There are many small and big street restaurants available nearby where the food is also good. There are many schools available nearby which are at some distance from home. Good gym and park are available nearby. Many grocery stores are also available.There is a good hospital available nearby where a good doctor is available for good treatment.read more

Things need improvement

There are potholes at many places on the road due to which problems arise and there is also a risk of accidents which need repair. During the rainy season, water also fills up on the roads for some time.read more

Frequent traffic congestion and a water shortage issue that occurs sometimes. The metro station is located in the way and pollution level can be high with the occasional power outages. The parking is tough exceptionally for visitors. The police patrolling is not up to the mark, some crimes have been reported slightly. It may be very well known for its excellent infrastructural development,with good connectivity via the nerul railway station and its proximity to major roads like the palm beach road.
