No till now we don't faced any water storage problem.yes we feel safe for ourself and for family also in the nightime .no there is no history of crime till yet . electric charges are good frequent power cuts.trabsportation and cabs are available. I personally recommend you guys don't think more it's good opportunity to have house here.

Virar is nice place to leave as there is no public transport, lots of water cut, power cut are more, crime are there because there are no police petroling , one petrol pump, night safety is like Delhi, you can see highway from beach.

Peace full locality... Well connectivity with Highway

Better than some crowded area in the main city. Virar West has been a good choice and I get better amenities at a lower price point. So why shouldn't I go for the same? Pretty obvious right? Full marks overall.

You will find this locality really charming and it dates back to the Portuguese era. Some homes are still here. The area has its own history and a friendly community. Staying here is a relaxed and stress-free affair.

I find it quite nice and peaceful at least most of the time. Traffic is not so much an issue during the time when I commute. Like the continual improvement of infrastructure and amenities here. That will give the area a big boost in the future.

Virar West has been developing steadily for some time now and I find ti quite attractive at this price point. See you can still get a foothold into the housing market here which is not possible in many other locations.

Virar West in Mira Road is near to both railway station and airport. The people here are very helpful. The area is clean, calm and peaceful. It is also a safe area with no pollution. Power cuts are very rare here. All amenities are in close vicinity.
