Ajmera Realty records sales growth of Rs 225 crore in Q1 FY24

Ajmera Realty & Infra India clocks sales value of Rs 834 cr in FY23

July 7, 2023: Real estate company Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) has recorded a sales value of Rs 225 crore and collection of Rs 111 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2023 (Q1 FY24), according to the company’s official release. The company recorded a sales value of Rs 140 crore and collection of Rs 103 crore in Q4 FY23. It has seen a growth of 60% and 8% respectively on Q-o-Q basis as compared to Q4 FY23.

ARIIL has recorded sales area (carpet area) of 1,35,460 square foot (sqft), which marks a 96% increase in the trailing quarter. According to the release, the sales growth during Q1 FY24 was led by the implementation of a revamped sales strategy for the company’s Bangalore projects.

Ajmera Eden, a residential project in Ghatkopar opened its sales booking during mid of June 2023 and recorded sales of over 14% of its sales potential, as stated in the release.
