Haryana government to develop industrial and residential areas in the state
The Haryana state government is planning to develop residential and industrial areas in the state through the purchase of 35,500 acre of land with the consent of the people. Around 4,500 acre of land will be purchased in Faridabad by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran and 31,000 acre of land to be purchased by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation through the e-Bhoomi Portal.
The interested landowners or land aggregators of the below mentioned areas can submit their interests on the portal till August 31, 2025.

- Log on to Jamabandi tab on jamabandi.nic.in. Select Jamabandi Nakal for checking under Jamabandi section on the homepage.
- You can find the Nakal jamabandi Haryana details by owner name, by khewat, by khasra/survey number or by the date of mutation. For instance, in this example we are searching by owner name.
- Select district, Tehsil/sub-tehsil, village and Jamabandi year from the drop down box.

What are the charges to be paid for mutation?
- When the entry relates to the acquisition of a right or interest by a registered deed or by a decree or order of a court or by an order of a Revenue Officer making or affirming a partition under chapter IX of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 or directing the incorporation in the record of a private partition, acquisition of a right or interest by inheritance, the fee of Rs 200 per mutation shall be charged.
- An amount of Rs 750 per mutation shall be charged as service charges which shall be deposited in the District information Technology Society (DITS) at district level. Necessary instructions pertaining to service charges shall be issued separately.
- The attesting officer may remit the fee on any rejected
mutation when in his opinion it would not be proper to recover it from the person in whose favour the mutation was entered.
- No fee shall be charged in respect of entries relating to the acquisition of a right or interest by the:- (i) Bhudan Yagna Board or the Bhudan Holder under the Punjab Bhudan Yagna Act, 1955 (Punjab Act 45 of 1956); and (ii) Member of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes in respect of residential plots allotted to them free of cost under the Gramin Janta Housing Scheme.
