Haryana government to develop industrial and residential areas in the state

The Haryana state government is planning to develop residential and industrial areas in the state through the purchase of 35,500 acre of land with the consent of the people. Around 4,500 acre of land will be purchased in Faridabad by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran and 31,000 acre of land to be purchased by Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation through the e-Bhoomi Portal

The interested landowners or land aggregators of the below mentioned areas can submit their interests on the portal till August 31, 2025.

Checklist for deed registration

Proof of Ownership: Fard of Jamabandi/Certified copy of original old sale deed/assessment of MC/Mutation.

Identification of the parties: Ration Card/Voter card/Driving License/Aadhar card/Pan card/Identity card and ID proof of witness also.

Registration of document through power of attorney: Verification of GPA from where it has been registered in case it has been registered out of state only.

NOC required U/s 7(A): NOC from DTP concerned if the area is notified U/s 7(A) of the HDRUA Act 1975.

Witness: Two witness of the parties along with ID proof.

Map plan:  Map plan and description of immovable property. In case of building/plot Digital photograph of building/plot.

In case of release deed: Mutation of Virasat for identification of ancestral property.
