- Log on to https://biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in/Biharbhumi/
- Click on Apply for Mutation Online.
- You will reach the following page where you have to enter as a citizen and login with mobile number and captcha and click on sign in. If you don’t have an account, click on Registration and register with the online portal.
- Enter details such as Circle and District option and click on Apply New Mutation.
- Fill all other details.
- Upload supporting documents.
- Make payment of the one-time mutation fee.
- Once all this is done, you will receive a unique transaction number. This number can be used for tracking the mutation status.
- Once the form is received, the government official will take around 15-30 days to verify and issue the Bihar Mutation Certificate.
How to track mutation certificate application in Bihar?
- To track mutation application status, click on view ‘Mutation Application Status’ on the Bihar Bhumi Portal.
