November, 22, 2023: Real estate developer Aparna Constructions and Estates on November 20, 2023, announced the launch of its luxury residential gated community project, Aparna Greenscapes. Situated in Kompally in North Hyderabad, the project is spread across more than 13 acre and features 768 apartments with 3, 4 and 5-BHK layouts ranging from 3,356 sqft to 5,100 sqft. The developer has invested a sum of Rs 1,400 crore in the project. Aparna Greenscapes facilities include clubhouse, indoor games and outdoor games arena.
