How to participate in the Bihar Housing Board e-auction?

• Go to the BSHB’s e-procurement platform, https://eproc2.bihar.gov.in/EPSV2Web/.

 

 

• Users must register on the portal. Enter the username and password, click on the ‘I’m not a robot’ fieldand click on ‘log in’ to proceed.
• Click on the ‘Bid’ option on the right side of the dashboard.
• Click on ‘Accept the terms and services’.
• To participate in the bidding process, a specified amount must be paid.
• Choose your preferred ‘Mode of Payment’and click on ‘Pay’.
• Upload the relevant documents.
• A list of properties for which one can bid will be displayed. The highest quoted rates by the bidders will be mentioned. Make your bid on the property of your choice.

 

How to convert leasehold property into freehold property?

• Go to the official portal of the Bihar Housing Board, https://bshb.bihar.gov.in/.
• Click on the ‘Leasehold to Freehold’ option on the top of the homepage.

 

 

• Select the division and scheme from the dropdown.

 

 

• The relevant scheme details will be displayed on the screen. Select the property and click on the ‘next’ button.

 

 

• Fill in all the required detailsand click on ‘Submit’.

 

 

• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
• You will be directed to the Demand form. Upload the relevant documentsand provide the billing address.
• Complete the payment process.
• A payment receipt will be generated.

After the application process, you will get the permission letter to convert your leasehold property into a freehold within five days.
