Casagrand launches housing project in Chennai’s Manapakkam

The RERA-registered project is likely to be handed over in 21 months.

Real estate developer Casagrand launched Casagrand Elysium at Manapakkam, Chennai. Spread across 14.9 acre, Casagrand Elysium has 1,094 units, including 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments that start from Rs 39 lakh. Registered under the TNRERA, the project is likely to be handed over in 21 months.

The project came with over 120 amenities, said the company in a statement.

Vimesh P, senior vice president, marketing, Casagrand, said, In this project, we have provided 2 terraces in almost all the ground floor units and 20 extremely unique amenities which are introduced for the first time in Chennai. ”

The community is in close proximity to Kathipara Junction (Guindy),  Pallavaram, Porur, Manapakkam, Vadapalani, Alandur, Valasaravakkam and K.K Nagar. It also enjoys connectivity to reputed educational institutions, hospitals, prominent IT Corridors and transport hubs.

The project is endorsed by actors Radhika Sarathkumar, Suhasini Maniratnam and Saranya Ponvannan.
