January 8th, 2025: Real estate developer Casagrand Premier Builder Limited has announced the launch of its new residential project Casagrand Madelyn on Thirumudivakkam Main Road. The project is a 19-storeyed residential community spanning an area of 6.4 acre, offering 394 units of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The project provides over 80 lifestyle amenities and 5.7 acre of open space, with price starting at Rs 3999 per square foot (sqft).
The project is situated between Chennai Outer Ring Road and GST Road, providing dual connectivity benefits with access to industrial belts, IT hubs and commercial centres in the city. According to the developer, the project has easy access to the Chennai International Airport and the presence of a railway station and the upcoming metro network. The developer provides a convenient payment scheme, ‘Pay 10% Now, 90% on Handover’, enabling homebuyers to book their home by paying 10% upfront and deferring the remaining 90% until project completion.
