Cidco to e-auction 32 plots in Navi Mumbai from August 15
Over 32 prime plots in Navi Mumbai will be e-auctioned by Cidco. This will be done from August 15 to September 9, 2025. The e-auction will take place on September 10 and the results will be declared on September 11, 2025. The plots are located in Airoli, Dronagiri, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Nerul, Pushpak and Sanpada. These plots can be used for residential, bungalow, commercial, mixed-use, warehousing and storage and service- industry wise.

How does the Cidco e-auction work?
The Cidco board has shops and plots for sale. The plots vary across categories– residential, bungalow, residential-cum-commercial, commercial, service industry and star hotel use.
- Cidco floats e-auction advertisements.
- This is followed by property details (land/shops), including the base price, the application form amount, the earnest money deposit to be paid, the bidding amount and the important dates.
- Interested people can check these details and apply for the e-auction that happens real-time and is transparent.
- Note that document fees and EMD using by way of RTGS/NEFT should be remitted and reflected in Cidco’s account, failing which bidder will not be allowed to participate in the closed bid and e-Auction.
- In any case the document fee and EMD remitted either RTGS/NEFT transfers after the due date/time will not be accepted and Bidders will not be activated for participating in e-Auctions.
- The unsuccessful bidders’ EMD will be refunded by CIDCO once the auction is completed.
- Once the auction ends, the highest bidder is the winner and one can check the results on the Cidco e-auction website.
- The winner, if he accepts the allotment has to pay the total money after which the plot/shop is allotted to him.

- On the Cidco e-auction page, click on ‘Bidder Registration’. Enter login and the required details.
- Fill in bidder details, click on ‘Submit’ and proceed.

How to participate in the Cidco e-auction?
- After registration, log on to the Cidco e-auction portal. On the dashboard you can see all the details, such as all the auctions, live auctions, closed auctions, my auctions, EMD paid auctions and submitted auctions.
- After you select a scheme, pay the EMD. Upload the required documents.
- You will get the EMD payment acknowledgement.
- Place the initial auction bid. Enter the bid amount and click on ‘Save’. You will get an acknowledgement and the result will be mentioned on the auction opening date.

How are the Cidco plots allotted in case number of bids received is less than three bids?
As per the terms and conditions, in case if the number of bids received for any particular Plot is less than three, then the final decision on such allotment will be taken by the Corporation and the same shall be binding on concerned bidders. These offers may either be accepted or rejected and until final decision is taken the EMD amount of these bidders will not be refunded. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel, amend, revoke, modify the conditions of the scheme at its discretion or reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of cancellation of the scheme, the bidders will not have any say.
