Cidco to e-auction 32 plots in Navi Mumbai from August 15

Over 32 prime plots in Navi Mumbai will be e-auctioned by Cidco. This will be done from August 15 to September 9, 2025. The e-auction will take place on September 10 and the results will be declared on September 11, 2025. The plots are located in Airoli, Dronagiri, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Nerul, Pushpak and Sanpada. These plots can be used for residential, bungalow, commercial, mixed-use, warehousing and storage and service- industry wise.

How are the Cidco plots allotted in case number of bids received is less than three bids?

As per the terms and conditions, in case if the number of bids received for any particular Plot is less than three, then the final decision on such allotment will be taken by the Corporation and the same shall be binding on concerned bidders. These offers may either be accepted or rejected and until final decision is taken the EMD amount of these bidders will not be refunded. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel, amend, revoke, modify the conditions of the scheme at its discretion or reject any or all offers without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of cancellation of the scheme, the bidders will not have any say.
