Of all the properties registered in Kharghar during the first half of the financial year 2022-23, the higher were from various CIDCO housing projects, shows a report by industry body Naredco.
The same is true of flats registered during this period in Taloja, too, shows another report by Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM).
CIDCO has been developing affordable housing for economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income groups (LIG) across various nodes of Navi Mumbai, including Kharghar and Taloja.

Kharghar property market
According to the Naredco report, 164 CIDCO units were registered in Kharghar Sector 40 while 88 units were from CIDCO Swapnapurti.
Also, CIDCO Valley Shilp, with 15 units registration, made to the top-10 list. Private developers in the list included Gami Viona with 27 units, Sai Mahavir Zion with 19 units, CGEWHO Kendriya Vihar with 18 units, Balaji Delta Central with 16 units, Sambhav Deep Planet with 16 units, Patel Rudra Palace with16 units and Juhi Niharika Absolute with 14 units.
Taloja property market
The BANM report pointed out that the top five registered projects at Taloja were from CIDCO’s mass and mega housing projects present in different sectors of the Taloja node. According to the report, around 193 units were registered from Sector 27 and 87 units were registered from Sector 31.
Shelter Riverside, RD Parbati Arcade and Tarique Galaxy were in the top projects registered in this period.
