October 30, 2024: Real estate developer Concorde has announced the launch of its latest residential property Concorde NEO. Spanning across 4.02 acre of land on Thanisandra Main Road in North Bangalore, the project has an anticipated revenue potential of Rs 450 crore. It comprises six towers with 424 units spanning ground plus 18 floors, and two basements.
Surrounded by offices and tech parks, Concorde NEO is located a 20-minute drive from Kempegowda International Airport via new airport road and the Outer Ring Road. It is also located in close proximity to two metro stations. The Yelahanka Metro Station on the Blue Line is just 15 minutes away, while Nagwara Metro Station, where the Blue and Pink Lines intersect, is reachable in 12 minutes. The project is also a short distance from railway stations like Banaswadi, Bangalore Cantonment, and Bangalore East.
B.S. Nesara, chairman of Concorde, said, “This strategic investment on Thanisandra main road not only marks a pivotal expansion for Concorde in North Bangalore but also underscores our dedication to delivering homes that seamlessly blend modern design and an exclusive community. The project offers a four-level security system in addition to motion sensors in bathrooms and kitchens. Smart appliance management allows control of lighting and primary appliances via a mobile app, and voice assistance is integrated with Alexa. Other key features include 8-foot entrance doors, 7-ft tall windows and sustainable features like STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), rainwater harvesting, and an organic waste converter.
