The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) officially launched the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 live between August 26 and September 24, 2025, through a fully online e-auction system. The live auction was scheduled from October 6 to 8, 2025.
The scheme offered 327 ready-to-move-in flats, catering to buyers from different income groups such as HIG, MIG and LIG, along with and car/scooter garages. According to DDA, the flats under this housing scheme are located in prime localities such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka and Pitampura.

How to apply for DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025?
- To apply for the DDA’s Premium Housing Scheme 2025, interested buyers should visit the DDA website https://eservices.dda.org.in/ and register themselves to participate in the bidding process.
- Users must click on the housing scheme link and click on ‘apply here’ to proceed.
- They must fill out the application form for each flat or garage they want to buy, along with separate EMDs and processing fees.
Who can apply for the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025?
Any Indian citizen with a minimum age of 18 years can apply for the scheme if they fulfil the DDA’s eligibility criteria. There are no restrictions with regard to owning any land/built-up property in Delhi. For further details, interested buyers can visit the official DDA website.

To check the draw results for the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025, applicants can visit the official DDA website https://dda.gov.in/
Users must click on Housing services and choose ‘Housing Scheme’ option. From the list of services, select ‘Draw result’, the draw results of the latest housing schemes will be displayed. Users can click on the PDF to view the names of the winners and property location and other details.
