December 4, 2023: Promoters of the Everest Food Products have bought two more apartments for around Rs 143 crore in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West, documents accessed by property aggregator IndexTap.com suggest. The building is located at Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai.
As per IndexTap.com documents, one of the apartments on the 50th floor spans across 6,921 sqft and was bought from SKS Infrabuild for around Rs 70 crore. The registration was done on November 29, 2023.
The other property is located on the 53rd floor and was purchased directly from Oberoi Realty. It was purchased for Rs 73.5 crore and was registered on November 7, 2023.
This is adjacent to the property that was also purchased recently from Oberoi Realty for Rs 73.50 crore. The property was registered on October 30,2023. With the new property purchase, the units held by promoters of Everest Food Products in Oberoi Realty total to three.
