He further discussed how, during the pandemic as well, people have been coming for site visits, due to the popularity of the project and its construction quality. When asked if the home buyers’ preferences had changed post-COVID-19, he said that people were looking to buy bigger homes where they have additional space, if they had to work from home.
During the project presentation, one of the Fusion Buildtech panelists, Gaurav Sharma, explained the project’s features. He informed the viewers that the project was built on a three-side open plot, over an area of nine acres. It has 12 towers and around 1,475 units. The project has almost all amenities for kids and families, including a clubhouse, amphitheatre, Olympic-sized swimming pool, gymnasium, kids’ play area, basketball and tennis court, etc.

The panelists highlighted this point and said that Noida Extension will witness improvement in property prices, similar to how areas in Gurgaon and Indirapuram have seen price increases following the metro connectivity.
