Godrej Properties Ltd. has acquired around four acre of land near Koregaon Park in Pune primarily for a luxury group housing project. The residential project will have a developable potential of around 7.5 lakh square feet with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,000 crore.
Koregaon Park has an established physical and social infrastructure and offers connectivity to major social and commercial hubs in the city.
Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties, said, “We are happy to acquire this land parcel in one of the most premium locations in Pune. This will be our first luxury development in the city.”
