HDFC home loan interest certificate: How to get it online?
To get your HDFC home loan interest certificate, log on to https://www.hdfc.com/ and click on the existing customer option at top right of the HDFC home loan homepage. Choose ‘For Home Loans’ and you will get all services listed here.
Click on ‘Certificate of Interest’ and you will reach here:
Enter your account number and click on ‘Submit’.
Note, the loan account number should be relevant for HDFC home loan interest certificate in the previous financial year.
- Once done, you will see your name and email address partially.
- Next, check details and click on an email button as confirmation and your HDFC home loan interest certificate will be processed.
- If your email address does not exist in your HDFC home loan records or has to be updated, please get in touch with customer.service@hdfc.com.

- Enter your loan account number, date of birth, and click on ‘Submit’.
- You can also log in using user ID and password and click on ‘Submit’.

HDFC home loan provisional interest statement: How to get it online?
To get your HDFC home loan provisional interest statement, click on ‘Provisional Interest Statement’ under ‘For Home Loans’ listed under existing customers on the HDFC homepage.
Here, enter the loan account number relevant to the statement for the current financial year and click on ‘Submit’.
Your name and email address would be displayed. Click on ‘Submit’ for confirmation and you will get the statement in your email.
HDFC home loan interest rate/ repayment details for variable loans
On the homepage, click on interest rate/ repayment details for variable loans under ‘For Home Loans’ listed under existing customers on the HDFC homepage.
- Enter the account number linked to the loan account relevant for the certificate, for the previous financial year and click on ‘Submit’.
- You will see your name and mode in which you want to receive the statement. This can be done through email (if your email ID is registered with HDFC) or will be sent to you on your registered postal address.

You can also get the HDFC home loan interest certificate, the provisional interest statement or the HDFC home loan statement offline, by visiting the HDFC branch.
- Fill a form to get the certificate – HDFC home loan interest certificate/provisional interest statement or home loan statement.
- Submit details including home loan account number connected with the financial year, applicant’s name, date of birth, email ID and contact details.
- Submit the documents including PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport, etc., to be used as ID proofs.
- While it is advised that only HDFC loan applicant or co-applicant can visit the branch for certificates, in case a third party goes, he/she should have an authorised letter with ID proofs of both, himself and the applicant/ co-applicant.

For example, you will get the HDFC home loan interest certificate for FY 21-22 after FY 22-23 starts.
