Landowners have an absolute duty to protect their assets. Most Indian states now provide their residents access to a range of government services via their online portals. Police background checks are a service that may be requested online.

Why is tenant verification important?

The information given by your renters may be verified by applying for police verification online. Whether you want to know if your prospective renters have a criminal past, you need to seek police verification. Whether you’re at home or travelling abroad, this ensures your well-being. Tenants should remember that their information has been stored with law enforcement once a police verification is completed. This prevents them from engaging in illegal behaviour, such as vandalism or theft.
