KYC verification
You can do your KYC verification service with Amazon for free.
- Tap on KYC under Manage in the KYC area of the Amazon app.
- Next, click to submit your document, aadhaar card information and a selfie.
- After that, complete the verification by means of video conversation with the Amazon representative.
- Once KYC is complete, you can transfer your Amazon Pay money to your bank account.
Ways to withdraw Amazon Pay balance
Bank transfer
- Visit the Amazon Pay page after logging into your Amazon account to initiate a bank transfer.
- Select Withdraw Funds or Transfer to Bank from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the desired transfer amount and decide which bank account you want the money deposited into.
- Examine the information, then click the Transfer button to start the transfer.
- Depending on how quickly your bank processes payments, your bank account will be credited with the money within a few business days.
Amazon Pay UPI
- Make sure you have an Amazon Pay UPI id set up before using Amazon Pay UPI. Otherwise, you can configure it through the Amazon app.
- Launch the Amazon mobile app and navigate to the Amazon Pay tab.
- Select the Pay button or click the Scan & Pay option.
- Scan the recipient’s UPI QR code or enter their UPI ID to send money to them.
- Type the transfer amount and click Confirm to complete the transaction.
- The money will be transferred to the bank account that is linked to your Amazon Pay UPI.
Amazon pay wallet transfer
- Transferring money from your Amazon Pay wallet to another account on Amazon is possible if you have another Amazon account or know someone who does.
- Give the necessary information, such as the recipient’s mobile phone number or Amazon account email.
- Start the transfer by verifying the transfer’s amount.
- The cash will be deposited into the recipient’s Amazon Pay account.
Gift cards
- You can turn your Amazon Pay balance into Amazon gift cards if you’d rather utilise it for future purchases.
- Visit the Gift Cards section in your Amazon account or go to the Amazon Gift Cards website.
- Click on Add Gift Card into Account.
- Type the conversion amount and press the Add to Your Balance button.
- The funds will be deposited as a gift card balance to your Amazon account, which you can use to make future purchases on Amazon.
