Bollywood actor Jahnvi Kapoor has bought a duplex apartment for Rs 65 crore in Kubelisque Building, Pali Hill, Bandra (W), Mumbai. The purchase has been made together with the actor’s father, Boney Kapoor, with sister, Khushi Kapoor.
Part of a 25-year-old building that received its occupation certificate in 2002, the duplex apartment has a carpet area of 6,421 sq ft and a built-up area of around 8,669 sqft.

Located on the 1st and 2nd floor, the duplex has an open garden, a swimming pool and five car parking slots. As part of this deal, the Kapoors also have a 15.20% undivided rights, title and interest in the land, common areas and facilities belonging to the building, Hindustan Times reported.
According to the documents assessed by Indextap.com, the property was registered on October 12, 2022, and a stamp duty of Rs 3.90 crore was paid. With Rs 65 crore paid for an apartment with 6,421 carpet area, the per sqft rate works out to approximately Rs 1 lakh per sqft, the prevailing rate in and around Pali Hill.
