January 20, 2025: Popular playback singer Jubin Nautiyal has purchased a 4BHK apartment worth Rs 4.94 crore in Mumbai’s Madh Island, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The sea-facing apartment, which is located in a building named Raheja Exotica on Madh Island, has an area of 1,933 square foot (sqft).
As per the documents, the property includes a deck area of over 200 sqft. The apartment is situated on the 34th floor and was purchased at a price of Rs 25,578 per sqft with three car parks from the real estate developer Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd. Jubin Nautiyal paid a stamp duty of over Rs 29 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the apartment registered on December 27, 2024.
Madh Island is one of the posh localities in north Mumbai, which is home to many celebrities. It is located near Malad and flanked by the Arabian Sea on one side. It comprises several luxurious properties, including sea-facing bungalows and villas.
Bollywood actress Archana Puran Singh and her husband Parmeet Sethi own a sprawling bungalow on Madh Island and other properties. Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi also owns a sea-facing apartment in Madh Island, where he resides with his family.
