Real estate developer K Raheja Realty has announced the launch of a 20-storey tower in its ready-to-move-in residential property Raheja Residency in Mumbai’s Malad East. The premium project has opened sales starting April 2023. Tower G at Raheja Residency comprises 2 BHK units starting from Rs 1.95 crore. There will be four units on each floor.
The tower is within close proximity to prominent schools, colleges, hospitals, banking institutes, shopping outlets, and entertainment destinations. The project has connectivity to all parts of Mumbai with well-connected roads, airport, railways, and metro trains, mentions the company in a statement.
