Real estate developer Kalpataru Limited has unveiled one of the country’s largest real estate experience centres, Parkside Galleria, at Kolshet Road in Thane. Comprising 40,000 sq ft of built up space, Parkside Galleria will offers visitors an immersive experience into the various facets that go into the making of a Kalpataru home, including the aesthetics, design, quality, sustainable construction practices and latest building technologies.
With interactive discussion spaces, audio-visual experience zones, digital engagement walls and furnished show flats, the developer is hoping that Parkside Galleria will enable home seekers to make informed choices. The experience centre also features a display area, with models of various Kalpataru projects and a history space showcasing Kalpataru’s achievements in real estate. For parents, the centre also has a crèche-cum-play zone for children.
Designed by international architects, Parkside Galleria makes extensive use of natural elements. The entry courtyard comprises fountains and greenery, while the centre’s 23-ft-high ceiling and design maximises the use of natural light.
