Property tax payment deadline extended till March 31, 2024
As part of efforts to boost property tax collection, the Kerala government has extended the deadline for payment until March 31, 2024, waiving penal interest until that date. The government said the exemption is necessary since the property tax reform was implemented this year. The exemptions are expected to lead to more people paying their tax.
