December 12, 2023: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Board’s First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme has been extended till February 11, 2024. Under this Mhada lottery Pune 2023 scheme, 2,383 units will be given away. The registration of the Mhada Pune Board’s FCFS scheme started on September 5, 2023. The application forms were to be accepted till November 11, 2023.

With this extension, applicants can now submit their forms till February 11, 2024, 23:59 PM. The last date for online payment is February 11, 2024, 23:59 PM. However, people opting for RTGS can make payment till February 13, 2024, 23:59 PM.
The dates with respect to publish of draft list, final list, lucky draw and refund is not yet announced by the Mhada Board.
