January 15, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) Nashik Board has announced the First-come-first-serve (FCFS) scheme as part of the Mhada lottery Nashik 2024. Under this scheme, 311 units will be sold. The registration and online application of the scheme started on January 11, 2024.

To register for the Mhada lottery Nashik 2024 scheme, visit https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Nashik/. Once registered, you can fill the application form also from the same link by logging in with username and password.
Mhada Nashik first-come-first-serve scheme 2024: Important dates
The registration and the application for the FCFS Mhada Nashik lottery 2024 will be accepted till February 13, 2024. The online payment can be made from January 11, 2024 to February 14, 2024 and the RTGS can be made till February 15, 2024.
