Mumbai, July 09, 2024:Â The Mumbai Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) will start issuing provisional offer letters from July 10, 2024, to the successful bidders of the e-auction for 173 commercial units in various colonies across Mumbai.Â
After paying 10% of the bid amount, bidders can obtain a no-objection certificate (NOC) to secure loans for the remaining amount. Once the full bid amount is paid, the Board will issue the allotment letters and hand over possession of the units.
A period of ten days has been given for the acceptance of successful bids. The Mumbai Board had announced the e-auction for 173 non-residential units on March 01, 2024, and the results were declared on June 28, 2024. For 112 units, 604 bidders participated by depositing the required earnest money.
However, 61 units did not receive any bids. The Board had set a base price of Rs 97.74 crore for the 112 units, with the total bids reaching Rs 171.38 crore for the 112 units. The highest bid recorded was Rs 13.94 crore for a single unit.
