Real estate developer Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) on March 19, 2025, launched its latest project, Avaan Tower 2, an ultra-luxury residential skyrise in Mumbai. Targeting high-net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNIs) both within India and overseas, the 306-metre-tall skyrise offers luxurious 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences, ranging from 1,300 sqft to 3,282 sqft in carpet area.
Located in South Mumbai’s Tardeo, this project is expected to generate a revenue of over Rs 3,000 crore. Designed by renowned Architect Hafeez Contractor, it offers panoramic views of the Queen’s Necklace, Arabian Sea, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and the Mumbai cityscape. It offers an array of more than 55 amenities, including an ocean-view infinity pool, private theatre, bowling alley, arcade zone, outdoor farmer’s café, Hammam bath and salon, summer garden, UFC gym and a sports lounge.
