February 21, 2024: Actor Mrunal Thakur and her father have invested Rs 10 crore in Jodi flats in Oberoi Springs, Andheri (West). The property purchased belong to actor Kangana Ranaut’s family members. While one flat belonged to her father Amar Deep Singh Ranaut, the other was purchased from Akshat Deep Ranaut , Kangana’s brother.
Currently, Thakur stays in a rented apartment in Oberoi Springs. She will move to her new abode which is currently undergoing a renovation.
Oberoi Springs in Andheri (West) is a building where many celebrities stay. This was where Vicky Kaushal’s parents reside and the actor also used to stay before his marriage with actor Katrina Kaif. Also, Rajkumar Rao and wife Patralekha, Chitrangada Singh, Neil Nitin Mukesh are other celebrities who stay in Oberoi Springs.
According to Housing.com, the average rate at Oberoi Springs is around Rs 34,368 per sqft.
