A stamp duty of Rs 1.04 crore was paid for the transaction.

Actor Neetu Kapoor has bought a four BHK apartment in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) Mumbai, for Rs 17.4 crore, report documents accessed by Indextap.com. The apartment is located on the seventh floor of the Sunteck Signia Isles. It has a built-up area of 3,387 sqft. The property comes with three parking spaces.

The 4 BHK property was registered on May 10, 2023. A stamp duty of Rs 1.04 crore was paid towards the transaction.  This investment of Neetu Kapoor is a resale purchase. The actor purchased the property from Kewal Krishan Nohria.

Currently, Neetu Kapoor lives in Krishna Raj Bungalow in Pali Hill, Bandra that she used to share with late husband Rishi Kapoor. Earlier this year, the RK Bungalow in Chembur, of which the Kapoor family were legal heirs, was acquired by Godrej Properties for Rs 100 crore. In 2019, Godrej properties had acquired the RK studio which was also located at Chembur.

This is the second real estate deal in the Kapoor family. In April, Neetu Kapoor’s daughter in law Alia Bhatt’s production house Eternal Sunshine Productions invested in a Rs 37.80-crore apartment in Bandra’s Pali Hill. According to Indextap.com, Alia paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore for that property.
