While the PCNTDA is known for the extensive development that it has done in the Pimpri Chinchwad region, people also look out for the PCNTDA lottery that offers affordable homes for the economically weaker section (EWS) and low-income group (LIG). The online registration for the PCNTDA Lottery 2021 started on February 26, 2021 and ended on April 19, 2021. PCNTDA Lottery results 2021

All the applicants of the PCNTDA Lottery 2021 can check the results published on the website by clicking on the ‘View Lottery Result’ button on the PCNTDA homepage at https://lottery.pcntda.org.in/PCNTDAApp/#

You will be led to https://lottery.pcntda.org.in/PCNTDAApp/registrationView.do where you have to enter the application number and press the search button on the left side of the page. Immediately, you can see the draw status of the application on the right side of the page. It will give you details, including the applicant’s name, applicant category, applicant income group, applied scheme, draw status, draw scheme and the draw tenement allotted.

In case you are not a draw winner, the draw status will show as a draw waitlist like shown in the picture below. This means, if some winner does not opt for the scheme, people in the waitlist will be considered for the same.

At the bottom of the PCNTDA Lottery 2021 result page, you will see the entire results of both, PC-1 Sector 12 Scheme-EWS and PC-2 Sector 12 Scheme-LIG in PDF formats that you can download.

With the PCNTDA lottery applications being filled online, mentioned below are the documents whose scanned copies you should have, while registering for the lottery. Note that the scanned copy should be compressed as the site will not accept large files.

Applicant’s photograph, cancelled copy of cheque of the applicant and first page of applicant’s bank pass book.

Contact details, including residential address and phone numbers.

PCNTDA Lottery 2021: How to register

Mentioned below is the procedure to be followed for applying for a PCNTDA lottery.

Firstly, select the language (English/Marathi) in which you want to fill the form. At the top left side of the homepage, press on ‘Register for Lottery’ to proceed with the registration. As the registration for the PCNTDA Lottery 2021 was over a long time ago, the website will show you a pop-up message saying the registration has ended.

To register for the PCNTDA Lottery, there are three simple steps, as shown in the picture below – registration by creating username and password, online lottery application that involves scheme information and finally making the online payment.

Step 1: PCNTDA lottery registration

In the PCNTDA lottery applicant registration form, enter the username for login, password and confirm password. Then, enter the applicant’s information, including first name, father’s name/husband’s name or middle name, surname, date of birth and mobile number and press submit. Note that you have to necessarily enter the details in all boxes that are marked with a red *.

After this, you have to confirm all the information that you have entered and also enter the verification code and press on confirm. If you want to make any changes, click on the back button and make the changes.

Now, in the next window, you have to enter the OTP received on your registered email id and mobile number and click on ‘ok’ to go to the next step.

You will be led to the application form page and you can see your username on the page, on the top right side of the page. The applicant should start by entering the monthly income amount of his family (applicant and spouse). Note that you should not enter the annual income. The applicant has to then upload his recent passport photograph that has a light background and where he is visible clearly.

Proceed to enter the PAN card details. In case, the PAN card is already registered, you will get an error message about the same. You will be asked to upload the scanned copy of the PAN card on the page. Next, enter your Aadhaar card details.

Now, the applicant has to enter his details as shown in the picture below. Then, enter the complete applicant address with country, state, district, taluka, village/ward and pin code. Contact details, with mobile number and email ID, need to be necessarily entered.

After this, enter the bank account details of the applicant by uploading the scanned copy of the applicant’s cheque, the account number and IFSC number. At this juncture, if even after entering all the details right, you get an error message, you can contact the PCNTDA helpline number at 02262531727 for assistance. You will then get a verification code that has to be entered after which you should submit the application. Next, confirm that all details in the application are true by clicking on the ‘confirm’ button. You will be led to the following page. This page will not be activated until all the details that you have entered are verified by the PCNTDA officers. This process may take close to 24 hours.

Once verified, you can click on the enabled apply button to participate in the PCNTDA Lottery. The box will give you all details, including the online application start date and online application end date.

Step 2: PCNTDA lottery application

You have to start by entering the scheme details. You have to search among the many schemes and enter the scheme code for which you want to apply and press ok. You will get all information related to the scheme, including videos, images, floor plan, location, Google map, etc.

Then, select the reservation category number and the applicant type for the lottery. After this step, you have to declare the PMAY status, essential for schemes falling under the PMAY. So, press ‘yes’ if you have registered under the PMAY and enter your Aadhaar number. Go on to fill details of the co-applicant, like in the picture below.

Then, enter the present residential address and finally read the terms and conditions well and click on ‘agree’ if you give you consent. Enter the name of the place in the T&C form.

You will then get a verification code that has to be entered. If all details entered by you are factually right, press ‘submit’ to submit the form. Now, confirm again if all details are right by selecting the ‘confirm’ button. Note that after confirmation of the document, you will have to pay the EMD amount. If you are unsure, you may press ‘back’ to revisit the form. Before proceeding to the third part of online payment, the applicant has to fill and submit a feedback form.

Step 3: PCNTDA lottery payment

You can download or print the application form that you have filled, by clicking on ‘Print application form’. The final step is to pay the EMD amount online. Click on ‘Pay online’ to proceed with the payment.

You will be led to a page with details, including application, mode of payment, etc. Click on the ‘I agree’ button on the T&C page to give your consent and click on ‘proceed to payment’.

Select the mode of payment and complete it to successfully register your application with the PCNTDA lottery.
