The Pinjore Gardens is a 17th-century Mughal garden located in the Panchkula district of Haryana. The garden spans an area of 100 acre. It is also called Yadvinder Garden and is well known for its well-maintained vegetation, fountains and water features. The garden draws tourists from all over the world. It also hosts the yearly Mango Festival between April and June. Besides a large expanse of flora, the garden also has a little zoo, an area dedicated to historical landmarks, a Japanese garden, a nursery and several spaces that serve as picnic spots.

During this time, the garden is surrounded with blossoming flowers. Most of the festivities are also held at the gardens throughout these months.

Pinjore Heritage Festival

The Pinjore Heritage Festival is celebrated each year in December as a homage to the Mughal Gardens. For the amusement of the guests, the gardens are lit up at night and acts are scheduled. During the festival, a number of competitions are held, including ones for drawing, rangoli, folk dance and mehendi. The location also features a food bazaar where guests can indulge in delectable regional cuisine and a craft bazaar where lovely handicrafts can be bought as souvenirs.

Baisakhi Festival 

It is one of the largest festivals held in Pinjore Gardens in April each year and features a variety of daytime performances, a food bazaar, a crafts bazaar, music and competitions.

The Mango Festival 

Every year in July, the Mango Festival or Mango Mela is observed. The Mango Exhibition, where one may find a variety of mangoes cultivated all throughout India, is the festival’s most significant feature. There are also various events, concerts, programmes and bazaars at the venue.
