Bengaluru-based realty firm Puravankara has announced the pre-launch of Lakevista at Purva Windermere in Pallikaranai, Chennai. Lakevista is part of a 55-acre development, adjoining a 58-acre serene lake. The project offers more than 1,000 homes in the configuration of 1, 2 and 3 BHK, ranging from 611 sq. ft. to 1,491 sq. ft. of super built-up area.
The project will include more than 40 amenities, the company said.
