Salman Khan has rented his apartment located on Shiv Asthan Heights, 16th Road, Bandra (West) for Rs 1.5 lakh per month. Documents accessed by Zapkey.com show that the rent agreement for 36 months was registered on February 16, 2023.
Rent for the second year for the 1,318 sqft property located on 14th floor of the building will increase to Rs 1.57 lakh per month and for the third year will be Rs 1.65 lakh per month. A security deposit of Rs 4.5 lakh was paid for the property that comes with three car parking.
As per the previous rental agreement registered in December 2021, this property was rented for Rs 95, 000 per month and was under a lease agreement of 33 months, with a security deposit of Rs 2.85 lakh paid.
While Salman Khan stays in a 1BHK apartment in Galaxy apartments, Bandstand, his real estate exposure is big with Khan having invested in both commercial and residential properties including Panvel farmhouse, apartment in Shiv Asthan Heights tower and a commercial property in Santacruz (W).Â
