Actor Sanya Malhotra, who rose to fame with her Bollywood debut movie, Dangal, recently purchased a plush 4BHK house in Gurgaon. Sanya shared glimpses of the Griha Pravesh ceremony of her new house. The Griha Pravesh of the new house was on May 4, 2023.
In the pictures, the Dangal star can be seen in a beautiful off-white saree and green embroidered blouse. She complemented the look with a pair of statement earrings and a low-tied bun. One of the pictures, where Sanya can be seen entering the house, was captioned as ‘Naya ghar’. Fans started pouring in their congratulatory messages.

In 2021, Sanya bought a new house in Mumbai’s Juhu, located in the Bayview building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road. According to media reports, the apartment was owned by builder Samir Bhojwani and was transferred to the actor on October 14, 2021.
Sanya and her father, Sunil Kumar Malhotra, had paid a stamp duty amount of Rs 71.5 lakh and purchased the apartment for Rs 14.3 crore.
In 2020, actor Hrithik Roshan purchased two houses worth nearly Rs 100 crore in the same building.
