What is SBI pension seva portal?
State Bank of India’s pension seva portal has brought many services online for all the pensioners of the country. To further improve the services provided through this portal, SBI has also collaborated with government agencies, government departments and various autonomous bodies for pension processing.

- Pensioners can receive SMS alerts about the pension payment process.
- Account-holders can receive pension slips through the email.
- Life certificates can be submitted across any branch in the country.
- Various other facilities and schemes like Jeevan Pramaan, Senior Citizens Savings Scheme, and EPPO provision for pensioners can be accessed through the portal.
- The portal will help in saving time, as well as money of the pensioners.

SBI pension seva portal registration online
- Visit the SBI Pension Seva portal at https://www.pensionseva.sbi/.

- On the home page, click on the ‘New Registration’ option.
- Enter your account number and other details.
- Create a user ID of your choice and enter the other details asked for.
- Set up a password for your account to help secure it.
- Set up two profile questions and save them for future reference.

- Visit the SBI Pension Seva portal at https://www.pensionseva.sbi/.
- Click on the ‘Login’ option on the top right of the page.
- Enter your login ID, password, and captcha text and click on login.

- In case any customer faces any issue during the operation of the portal, they can contact the SBI customer service by calling on – 18004253800/ 1800112211/ 1800110009/ 08026599990.
- Customers can also send an SMS- ‘UNHAPPY’ to 8008202020.
- They can also write to gm.customer@sbi.co.in or dgm.customer@sbi.co.in.
