September 15, 2023: Actor Sonakshi Sinha has bought a sea-facing apartment in Bandra Reclamation, Bandra (W) for Rs 11 crore. According to documents accessed by property aggregator Zapkey.com, the apartment is spread over 4,200 sqft and is on the 26th floor i.e. the top floor of the 81 Aureate, promoted by Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces.
The property’s carpet area is around 2,208.77 sqft. A stamp duty of Rs 55 lakh was paid for the property and registration charges of Rs 30,000. In this deal, Sonakshi Sinha also got a 1% rebate on stamp duty fees as per Maharashtra government’s ruling for female buyers.
The property also includes an additional area of 1,653.67 sqft that is the terrace and 348.43 sqft that includes ac handling unit, servant toilet and lobby etc. The apartment comes with four parking spaces.
This is the actor’s second apartment in the same building. Sonakshi Sinha already owns a 4,628 sqft apartment on the 16th floor of the 81 Aureate that she purchased in March 2020.
