The structure was constructed in 1986 and is currently under renovation. According to media reports, an award-winning architecture and interior firm will design the house. Pichai and his wife have presented the blueprints and have paid $6 million for the design.
The luxurious villa has three bedroom, five bathroom and several luxury amenities. These include a guest house, a tennis court, an infinity pool and a miniature golf field. The property also includes a reflecting pond, pool, gymnasium, spa, wine cellar and expansive nanny quarters for the kids at the basement level.
The two-storey building has a modern exterior design, reflecting a blend of limestone, cement plaster, wood and glass elements. There are solar panels and elevators installed in the property.
The interiors of Sundar Pichai’s mansion feature high ceilings with skylights. The room is aesthetically designed and includes a vintage brick fireplace. It is connected to an outdoor patio.
Sundar Pichai is married to his college friend Anjali Pichai and the couple has two children. They also have a pet dog, Jeffree.
