Suniel Shetty home in Khandala
Suniel Shetty has a large bungalow in Khandala. In fact, this bungalow in Khandala was the wedding venue for the wedding of his daughter Bollywood starlet Athiya Shetty with ace cricketer KL Rahul on January 23, 2023. The couple tied the knot at Suniel Shetty’s swanky bungalow Jahan in Khandala. A pristine mandap was set up in a lawn where the ceremony took place and the couple solemnised their wedding vows.
A resort-like property, Suniel Shetty’s Khandala home is nestled amid a lush green atmosphere, flaunts a water body, and is a testimony of great architecture. Admittedly obsessed with nature and architecture, the location and décor of the second home of the Shettys is a statement in itself.

“Nature means a lot to me. Where I come from (Suniel Shetty is from Mangalore), there’s ocean in the front and backwaters behind. When I was making my house, I definitely wanted the water element. The minute I hit upon a spring, I decided I wanted to nurture it. So, I converted the small spring into a dam and made sure that I am self-sufficient when it comes to water. I wanted it to look more like a forest than a nurtured garden. And for me, this is home. Every tree has been planted either by me, my wife or my children, Athiya and Aahan,” Shetty told the Filmfare Magazine in an interview.

Suniel Shetty home location
Suniel Shetty, who took Bollywood and fans by storm with his action films in the 90s, lives in a plush housing project – Prithvi Apartments – at Mumbai’s upscale locality, the Altamont Road. This is the same locality where India’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani has his home, the Antilia.
The south Mumbai housing project offers spacious housing units spread over 2,000 square foot carpet area; a supreme luxury in space-starved Mumbai. Homes in this project have ticket sizes running in multiple crores.
The Dhadkan actor lives with his wife, Mana Shetty, and his children, Athiya and Ahan Shetty.

Suniel Shetty home décor
Chic, elegant and minimalistic, the décor of Suniel Shetty’s Mumbai home takes your breath away and acts as an inspiration for his fans. The colour white seems to be the preferred choice in the house, generously peppered with dark hues to add some drama to the all-encompassing serenity of the house. Paintings adorn the walls and act as the centrepiece of the luxe Shetty apartment.
The Shetty abode has been given a personal touch, with an entire living room wall dedicated to family pictures.
Boasting of a balcony that offers the Shetty’s an unobstructed view of the Mumbai skyline, the property is a statement in contemporary living, where minimalism is the new style statement.
