In the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, there is an access-controlled motorway called the Yamuna Expressway that is 6 lanes wide (and can be expanded to 8 lanes). Currently, it is India’s sixth-longest motorway. The Mathura Road, or the previous NH-2 national highway between Delhi and Agra, was intended to be less congested.
