This neighbourhood is peaceful, and it is close to a Magadi road, which offers excellent connectivity. 40% of houses in Bharat Nagar are priced between 5k and 10k rs. Bharat Nagar is a very busy neighbourhood. The disadvantages include regular traffic bottlenecks, some traffic concerns, and heavy pollution. And there are many accident cases. it has good transport amenities such as buses, ola, uber, and so on, as well as convenient cab availability. Markets are also within walking distance.. excellent hospital facilities are nearby...there is no difficulty with water facilities and also decent infrastructure.
