Good things here

There are STP, RWH, Full power backup service, very responsive society management system, well connected road in front of society, gym, basket ball court, badminton court, amphitheater, temple. We have 5 borewells which provides water supply to all 196 flats in society throughout the year.read more

Society has all necessary amenities. We have 5 borewells which supported us during water crisis. There is nothing to complain about.read more

Connectivity to cabs and autos are available if we book Ola or Uber in the society. Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very good; they segregate and dispose of waste properly. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation options are available within about 400 meters from the society, making it very convenient. Bus stops are also available within about 1-2 kilometers from the society.read more

Swimming pool access is not functional in the society; there is an issue. Maintenance charges are expensive. Parking areas are congested in the society. There are no visitor parking facilities. There are no nearby metro stations in the vicinity. Amenities should be improved in the society.read more
