Good things here

I really like the regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, which is done according to norms. The elevators are well-installed and maintained, ensuring smooth functionality. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The apartments have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, we've been staying here for a long time and celebrate each festival together, which creates a strong community spirit. Security is also robust with CCTV cameras and guards always present.read more

Things need improvement

I think the changes that can be made to improve the overall experience of the society is that there is no public transportation available nearby, such as buses or autos, which is inconvenient. Although parking is available, it is open and not covered, and there is no sunlight coming into the rooms. Additionally, the parking space should be more spacious to accommodate all vehicles comfortably.read more
