Perungudi is one of the safest places to live in. As an office goer, I just love how the area has a good network of connectivity. The upcoming metro station will be a great relief from the traffic jams.

I love Perungudi as it offers everything that an individual from a middle-class family needs. I believe this is a centre for middle-class housing with a sound road network. As t is connected via OMR, I face no isues commuting.

Perungudi is surrounded by several IT and industrial parks and this drives the demand for housing in the area. The Chennai airport and Chennai central railway station are both 16 to 17 kms away from Perungudi and is easily accessible by road. There are presently 11 residential projects being developed in Perungudi out of which 4 are still under construction. some of the prestigious projects in Perungudi include the Casagrand Esquire, The Ace, Ramaniyam Magnum, Doshi Oriana and RAMS Ragashree Villas.
