A wonderful society with roomy homes and a lovely setting. Great location and view, close to Kothrud, Warje, and Bavdhan. excellent residential complex. No traffic jams. Great parking. A bit costlier project.

A fantastic place to live with large community, double-level parking for automobiles, spacious rooms, a swimming pool, and a gym. The only negative is that it is noisy at night due to the nearby highway.

Okay, society, excessive exposure to the highway causes a disturbance of vehicles at night. Tenants are not permitted to use the society's shared amenities, such as gym and pool. No parking for food delivery boys.

Kothrud, which was also known as Kothrud Baug during the Maratha Empire era, is an upmarket residential neighbourhood in the city of Pune.
