Good things here

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. Water supply issues are not faced, Water quality is good inside the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Park and play ground area both are available in the society. Paintings are also done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. Roads are not maintained properly outside the society for which traffic issues and transportation problems occurs. Roads are very narrow outside the society. constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.read more

The maintenance service of the society was good and all the services were provided at proper time and the people of the committee were very friendly and cooperative.read more

Things need improvement

The material used to make the committee was of very dirty quality because plaster kept falling all the time, there was the issue of seepage and the area outside the committee was unpaved due to which there was dust all day long.read more

Umang Monsoon Breeze has improved it's quality of maintenance and other facilities in last one year. The society is also getting a facelift owing to the development of the internal road.

Safety measures of this place are quite nice. Gated security system is provided here. Children have their own playzone space. Construction of this housing society is really nice and reliable.
